How orders ship

Stocked merchandise
Physical CDs and apparel marked as stocked merchandise ship from our own inventory within 3 business days after payment confirmation. Carrier transit time is additional. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
Made-to-order merchandise
Printful merchandise is made after you order and ships from our production partner. Production time is separate from carrier transit time. Review the estimate shown on the product or at checkout; we will contact you if a shipment is delayed.
Charges, destinations, and tracking
Available shipping methods, supported destinations, and charges are calculated and shown at checkout before you place an order. Tracking is supplied when the carrier or production partner provides it. Some services or destinations may not offer tracking.
Mixed orders
Stocked goods and made-to-order items may ship from different locations in separate packages and at different times. The checkout total may include separate shipping charges for the applicable fulfillment methods. If an item cannot ship within the promised time, we will contact you about the delay and available cancellation or refund options.
